By providing outstanding service and following an effective marketing plan that includes Display Sponsorships at Regional Chamber events and sponsorship of the Chamber Golf Classic, Fitness Together in Lake Ridge, Virginia, has experienced steady growth since opening its doors in April 2005. It has gone from one trainer at the time of opening to five, and membership has grown to more than 100 members.
 Fitness Together offers one-on-one personal training in its 1,900 square foot facility consisting of three private studios, each fully equipped with state-of-the-art functional training equipment. Each client receives a comprehensive fitness assessment, resulting in a customized training plan tailored to his or her personal fitness goals. The mission of Fitness Together is to provide the highest quality, most effective and safest personal fitness training in the area, based on the belief that no matter what age, with motivation and guidance, we all can obtain a higher level of functionality and quality of life through exercise.
 Fitness Together believes strongly in giving back to the community and is committed to find ways to help people focus on health and wellness issues. It has conducted fitness workshops for the U.S. Army Band Chorus and health fairs for schools and businesses in Fairfax and Prince William. Fitness Together has also supported charitable causes, such as the Scholarship Program of the Region's Chamber, and conducted workshops for Bariatric (question please) Support groups in Fairfax.
