Post-operation Rehabilitation

Many of our clients have come to us after having knee surgery, back surgery, hip replacement, knee replacement, and shoulder injuries. Our post rehab clients come to us because they know they have to exercise to continue to improve after they have completed their physical therapy program, but still feel they need that one-on-one attention.

We work closely with your doctor or physical therapist to ensure you receive the instruction you need to fully recover and return to normal activities as soon as possible.

Back Pain

Four out of five adults suffer from back pain at some point in their lives. Weak core muscles, decrease in blood flow to the back and lower extremities, and compression of the vertebrae due to extended hours sitting can lead to low back stiffness, pain and possible disc hernias. ..Once your doctor has cleared you, we design an exercise program that will safely strengthen the core muscles that support the spinal column to improve your flexibility and decrease your pain.
